Join this fun-filled culinary adventure where you will be based at a gourmet farmhouse, located in the country outside of Bologna. Unwind and enjoy good company in a beautiful atmosphere, and in between cooking classes, visit the best local food artisans and discover how slow food products are made.
This is five days of bliss for those who love to cook and eat. Better still if you are into organic foods and a sustainable lifestyle. Your base will be a gorgeously restored 1800s farmhouse in the countryside just out of Bologna where you will be encouraged to relax and explore the local cuisine.
Your hosts believe that food is the best way to discover a culture, therefore their daily menu features produce from their estate, as well as locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and believe their cuisine is a celebration of both classic and modern Italian dishes. They also exclusively carry an exciting array of wines from their region of Emilia-Romagna.
Your stay features several cooking classes and local excursions, with dinner each night at the farmhouse. This really is perfection for foodies.
So if getting away from it all and cooking up an Italian storm is your idea of the perfect escape, put this little package on your 'must do' list.
This is a typical program of the cooking course, although small details may vary from class to class.
