Pay Online
TravelPay Secure Payment Portal
The quickest way to make a payment. The TravelPay portal accepts credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayTo (Pay with Bank). Payments are processed securely and the team is notified immediately.
Card surcharges apply. Surcharge amounts are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

PayID
Bank Transfer via PayID
A fast and secure way to pay directly from your bank account — no BSB or account number required. Payments are received by We the next business day.
How to pay via PayID
- 1Log in to your internet banking — app, phone, or desktop.
- 2Go to 'Pay someone' and choose PayID via email address.
- 3Enter the PayID: [email protected]
- 4The business name will be displayed alongside TravelPay — confirm this before proceeding.
- 5Enter the payment amount and a description (e.g. your name and booking reference) and process the payment.
PayTo — Pay with Bank
Real-Time Bank Payment
PayTo is a new Australian bank payment method that allows you to pay instantly and securely from your bank account via the TravelPay payment portal. Funds settle the next business day.
How to pay via PayTo
- 1Use the payment link below and select 'Pay with Bank | PayTo' as your payment method.
- 2Enter your Bank Account Name, BSB, and Account Number.
- 3Process the payment — you will receive a notification from your bank to approve it.
- 4Open your internet or mobile banking app and authorise the payment within 15 minutes.
- 5Payment is sent to We once authorised. Funds settle the next business day.
Note: PayTo is a new bank technology being rolled out across Australian financial institutions. Some banks, account types, and transaction limits may apply. Contact your bank if you need furtour information.
American Express
Pay with Amex Points
American Express cardholders can use their Membership Rewards points to pay for all or part of their trip. We works with TravelPay's AMEX Pay with Points facility to apply your points redemption seamlessly to your booking.
