Tetsuya Weekend on Hamilton Island

Hamilton Island/qualia is pleased to announce the details of their refreshed ‘Great Barrier Feast’ series.

Acclaimed chef, Tetsuya Wakuda, will host the first event of the series which will be held on the weekend of 12-14 March 2010 and take place in the Island's two new luxury landmark properties - qualia and the Hamilton Island Yacht Club.

The weekend will include a beachside welcome dinner at qualia, a master class and a champagne lunch featuring a Q&A session. This special event will conclude with a showpiece dinner where Tetsuya will take us through the preparation of his culinary delights directly from the kitchen, which will be visible to guests through a live camera link-up.

Friday 12 March

Arrive Hamilton Island. Transfer to qualia for check in to Leeward Pavilion.

Welcome beachside dinner this evening at Pebble Beach qualia 6.30pm

Saturday 13 March

Enjoy a master class from 10am in the Yacht Club complete with Q&A session, followed by a champagne lunch at noon.   

An amazing showpiece dinner tonight in the Long Pavilion at 6.30pm

Sunday 14 March

Depart the island or extend your stay
